I truly believe that just like in the case of distinction between flirting and regular conversation being classy is not in the "what" but in the "how". Its how you act, how you carry yourself, how you express yourself, and how you live your life that determines class. What I feel that makes a woman "Classy " is..
Knowledge,wit and a Sense of Humor- a woman who has the ability to share and challenge her ideas and be engaging in company.

Style- A sense of fashion

Elegance- The manner in which a woman carries herself. The tone of her voice, the way she walks, and the way she responds to others around her.

Subtlety- to be classy you must be subtle. Lack the impulse to attract attention.

and last but not least....

Success by being modest and humble- A woman who lets her actions rather than loud words prove to others who she is.

Now when it comes to the word "sassy" something that every women lets out on occasions. The other you.... Always meant to me Bold and Spirited, outspoken and lively, stylish and perhaps a bit saucy.
